** NEM Survey on SME's ** NEM Survey on SME's **

Survey on Identification of R&D priorities for SME's in the NEM area

As part of the actions that the European Technology Platform undertakes in favor of the promotion of the Research and Innovation using networked and electronic media technologies, one important aspect is the promotion of the SME's interests, from a wider perspective: research priorities, organizational, representativeness, etc.
This survey is one specific tool to collect the views from the SME's. It is specially addressed to those NEM Members who have stated themselves as SME profile in the new updated NEM Membership registration. The results of this survey will be communicated to your as well as to the NEM Steering Board, to the NEM General Assembly, in order to propose any appropriate action at the light of the results of the survey.
Although the results achieved during 2010 and the sort of responses received are quite encouraging and relevant, we would like to further extend the understanding of the SME opinions and views as possible from the overall community of NEM SME's. Consequently, you are invited to respond to the <link fileadmin/documents/Surveys/Questionnaire_Identification_of_research_priorities_for_NEM_SMEs_v1.doc - download>questionnaire
(updated to 2011 status of debates), expressing any comment you think NEM should bear in mind from the perspective of SME's. If you responded last year, you are also welcome to update your responses this year.
You are welcome to provide your views not later than 10 September 2011, by sending your response to
,
, and
. If you want to personally comment any point, please, do not hesitate to do so.
We are looking forward to receiving your contributions and comments.
We appreciate very much your response.
